Use this form for one of two reasons:
  • Already booked an appointment: send documents, location details, signer information, or special instructions.
  • Not booked yet: request a custom time, urgent visit, hospital/assisted-living appointment, multiple signers, or unusual document review.

This helps match your uploaded documents or notes to the scheduled appointment.

For RON, enter the signer’s state and document destination if known.

Upload documents only if review is needed before or after booking PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG. Max 10MB per file. If you already booked an appointment, these files will be matched to that appointment. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book an appointment and complete the custom form?

No. The booking calendar reserves the appointment time. The custom request form is optional and should be used when you need to send extra details, request a custom time, or upload documents for review. If you do both, the booked appointment time controls the appointment and the form is matched by your name, email, phone, and appointment time.

Can you notarize a document that is already signed?

Usually no. Many notarial acts require the signer to sign in the notary’s presence or acknowledge the signature properly. Call before booking if the document is already signed.

Do you provide legal advice or prepare documents?

No. A notary verifies identity and performs authorized notarial acts. A notary cannot provide legal advice, choose the notarial certificate for you, or draft legal documents unless separately authorized by law.

Is remote online notarization available for every document?

No. RON depends on the document, receiving party, signer location, platform requirements, and applicable rules. Confirm with the receiving agency or institution before booking.

Can you provide Korean language assistance?

Yes, bilingual English/Korean service is available for scheduling and appointment support. The signer must still understand the document and be willing to sign voluntarily.

How are fees confirmed?

Notarial act fees, travel fees, package fees, and any third-party costs are confirmed before the appointment or before travel begins.
